Ozkar swept the awards again this year winning top prize for his costume of Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. Last year he won the Spookiest Pug prize for his Darth Vader outfit. He's clever - he knows that people vote for what they love. And it helps that he looks absolutely drop dead gorgeous in dreds. Ozkar won a hoodie from Urban Paws, in a bag custom decorated by Tanga's mom.
