Prizewinner: Chloe

We also drew names for one of the bags of Arf'ul Good treats donated by Urban Paws. It was not without suspicion that Chloe won for the second Pug Party in a row (also note that Chloe won the Pug of the Week draw two weeks ago, followed by her brother-in-law Winston last week). Either she is clever enough to fix a draw, or she is one lucky pug.
